We work across the Omaha metro on both sides of the Missouri River, from Elkhorn and Gretna in the west through Papillion and Bellevue down to Council Bluffs, plus the smaller towns and acreage properties in between.
01 Towns and cities

Each town has its own page, because a bluff top ranch in Bellevue and a 1900s house in Council Bluffs do not have the same problems.
Bellevue Bellevue's bluff top ranch homes and Offutt area roofs take a beating from river valley wind. Omaha From Dundee's old growth canopy to downtown brick, Omaha's roofs and siding show every decade of the city's weather. Elkhorn Elkhorn's newer subdivisions mean fewer old roofs but stricter HOA rules on materials and color. Gretna Gretna's open acreage lots and newer builds face wind exposure that closer in suburbs do not see as much. Papillion Papillion's mature tree canopy and established 1970s through 90s homes bring their own roofing headaches. Council Bluffs Council Bluffs' bluff terrain and older river valley homes bring different drainage and structural concerns than the Nebraska side. Other NE & IA Areas We cover the smaller towns and rural properties between Omaha and Council Bluffs on both sides of the river.
